Michael V. Lewis, Chairman/CEO and Co-Founder
Michael V. Lewis is a recognized innovator focused on the “next thing” in entertainment and media. As an entrepreneur and former media investment banker, Mr. Lewis has conceived and established cutting-edge businesses throughout his professional career. As Chairman/CEO and Co-Founder of REAL D, he has been responsible for building the company into the world’s largest 3D cinema platform and establishing REAL D as the global leader in 3D technology.

Joshua Greer, President and Co-Founder
Joshua Greer has been identifying new technologies and turning them into profitable products and businesses for over 20 years. As President and Co-Founder of REAL D, Joshua’s ability to recognize early technology and market trends, quickly locking up critical IP, has allowed REAL D to quickly become the standard for 3D presentations.

Joseph Peixoto, President, Worldwide Cinema
Joseph Peixoto brings nearly 30 years of experience working directly in the cinema industry to his position as president, worldwide cinema for REAL D. In this position, Mr. Peixoto manages relationships with exhibitors, studios and content creators. Mr. Peixoto is also responsible for growing REAL D's cinematic footprint globally as the company works toward its goal of converting more than 1,000 theaters to REAL D theaters by 2007.

Koji Hase, President of Worldwide Consumer Electronics
Emmy® award-winning pioneer of the DVD format Koji Hase has been appointed as President of Worldwide Consumer Electronics. In his new position, Hase will be responsible for building upon REAL D's successful cinema businesses by launching REAL D's global business in 3D consumer/home products. Koji Hase comes to REAL D with more than 38 years of corporate strategy and business development experience in optical and visual media, home systems and entertainment, manufacturing, and intellectual property.

Drew Skarupa, Chief Financial Officer
Drew Skarupa brings nearly twenty years of financial leadership and expertise to his position as Chief Financial Officer for REAL D. Mr. Skarupa has extensive experience in accounting and SEC reporting, financial analysis, credit management, mergers and acquisitions, capital acquisition, and more.

Lenny Lipton, Chief Technology Officer
Lenny Lipton was born in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated from Cornell University where he majored in physics.  He's lived in California for forty years. He lives with his wife, three children, dog, and cat.

He founded StereoGraphics Corporation in 1980, and created the electronic stereoscopic display industry. He is the most prolific inventor in the field and has been granted twenty five patents in the area of stereoscopic displays. In 1996 he received an award from the Smithsonian for this invention of CrystalEyes®, the first practical electronic stereoscopic product for computer graphics and video applications.

Matthew Cowan, Chief Scientific Officer
Matt Cowan is respected in the post production community for his knowledge and application of human perception to color, 3D systems, and transfer functions in digital cinema. He was co-founder of Entertainment Technology Consultants, where he developed models of the visual system and applied them to digital projection. His work at ETC was instrumental in the adoption of digital projection technologies by the Hollywood studios. He has worked with some of the best cinematographers in the business, determining the best ways to make digital images look like film. He has provided in-depth technical training sessions on digital image representation and mastering processes to many companies involved in digital cinema. Mr. Cowan developed and refined the system used for the 3D projection of Disney’s Chicken Little movie.

Rod Archer, Vice President of Cinema Products 
Rod Archer has over 25 years of experience in the development of diverse products, from nuclear weapons to network security.  Along the way he spent nine years at Apple Computer, developing one of the world's most recognized product design organizations, and also six years at Phoenix Technologies leading the development of utility software used in millions of personal computers worldwide.  He has created global product development systems that encompass hardware product design, software development, product testing and evaluation and customer support.  Mr.Archer has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a MSME degree from Stanford University.

Jill Thomassian, Chief Operating Officer, Boulder
Jill Thomassian, Chief Operating Officer-Boulder, was recruited in 2006 as Vice President of Operations of ColorLink. Jill's experience includes 15 years in high-volume manufacturing systems design and development. Jill came to ColorLink from Microfabrica, a high-tech MEMS start-up company. Previously, Jill was a Program Manager at Accu-Fab Systems a custom automation company specializing in high-speed, high precision equipment where she managed multi-disciplinary engineering teams in developing products for companies in the optical, semi-conductor and consumer products industry. Jill began her career at Hewlett-Packard as a Manufacturing Development Engineer in charge of the technology transfer of manufacturing lines to Asia and the implementation of ISO 9001 manufacturing quality controls.
