Cable and Emitter Installation Q&A
Q: I have an ESGI emitter from an older system and I am trying to attach it to a NT computer.
A: You have two issues that you need to address. One is the cabling and the other is the voltage supply. The ESGI emitter was designed to operate on 12 VDC. The newer graphics cards usually put out only 5 VDC per the VESA (3pin mini din) standard specification. We offer the LADAP that will address both these problems. Refer to the LADAP drawing and the VESA TO ESGI PER E-2 REV B drawing. You can order the LADAP through our online store.

Q: I have an EPRO or ELR emitter from an older system and I am trying to attach it to a NT computer.
A: You have two issues that you need to address. One is the cabling and the other is the voltage supply. The EPRO emitter was designed to operate on 12 VDC. The newer graphics cards usually put out only 5 VDC per the VESA (3 pin mini din) standard specification. We offer the LADAP that will address both these problems. Q: I have to run my E2 emitter approximately 30 feet from the computer. Do you have a cable that I can use to do that?
A: We have a kit called the VESA extension cable kit. There you will find the cables to meet your requirements.

Q: I have a Christie DLP Digital projector that has an internal Stereo3D interface Module. I am trying to connect my Projection ZScreen to it.
A: Please refer to the drawing for hook up information.
Q: I need to run several E2 emitters from a single computer source. How can I do that?
A: You need to follow the drawing VESA SPLITTER WITH E-2.

Q: My computer has a VESA (3PIN MINI DIN) stereo port and I need to connect it to a BNC device. How can I do that?
A: You need to get the cable 0920017-072 and that will work. This is available in the LADAP kit. You can order the LADAP through our online store.

Q: I keep hearing about this VESA (3 pin mini din) stereo connector. What is that?
A: This is a stereo port that is very common on most of the NT based video graphics cards and computers. Most StereoGraphics new emitters will interface with this connector
