Return Policy

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request Procedure

1. You must first obtain an RMA number from REAL D / StereoGraphics.
   a. Email rma@reald.com with the product serial numbers and a brief description of the problem.
2. An RMA number and the appropriate forms will be emailed back to you. (Please make sure your
   email system will allow emails from reald.com)
3. Please fill out the RMA form and follow the steps outlined in the RMA email to return the product.

RMA Payment Procedure

All non-warranty RMA's must be prepaid. Please fill out the Prepayment Options form and follow the steps
outlined in the RMA email to submit your payment choice.

Repair Time and Replacement

We will repair or replace at our option. Warranty does not renew if the defective product is replaced. Warranty period for repair/replacement is 90 days.

Standard repair time is 3-5 days after prepayment has been approved.

Shipping

Freight is prepaid and added to invoice. We will ship per Customer requirements, if marked on the RMA form. FedEx Economy freight is our standard method, UPS - Next day, Second Day, Ground, and other major shippers (DHL, Airborne) are available if you provide an account number.

If unit is under warranty, we will pay Standard Charges, special shipping requirements will be paid by customer.

Charges for Non-Warranty Product Repairs

Eyewear:
Please confirm which eyewear you have: CE-1 model has non-folding temple-pieces, CE-2 (beige frame) and CE-3 (black frame) temple pieces fold. Some of both models were sold under the CE-PC name.

CE-3 flat rate charge for defective ckt board, broken frame, broken lenses, etc.	$175
CE-3 Broken Temple - We will provide a 5 pack of temple sets at no charge. Email rma@reald.com with your full mailing address and a Federal Express or UPS account number to cover shipping. [Instructions for replacement]	$N/C
Other Equipment:
Monitor ZScreen (glass/cell replacement)	$750
Monitor ZScreen Electronics Controller	$150
Evaluation charge for each piece of equipment where no problem found.	$50

*REAL D/StereoGraphics regrets it can no longer repair CE-1’s as this eyewear has been out of production for more than 5 years.

**Starting December 1, 2006, StereoGraphics will no longer be able to repair CE 2 eyewear.
